I design the information – directional signs, maps, diagrams, timetables, on-screen information – that people need to get around, use and enjoy places, properly and to their full potential.Airports, stadiums, shopping centres, transport networks, workplaces, cities – any complicated place – I help people understand and use them. I have worked with all kinds of clients to make sure their venues work the way they want for their visitors, customers and employees.No two people are the same. But for venues to work, people need to use them in the same way. My job is to square the circle: to understand how places work, so that I can anticipate the things all kinds of different people will need to use them. I help thousands of people use places, one person at a time.
