-Worked directly under Project Managers and state/local regulatory agencies in development of site civil construction plans and documents for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.-Experience in site design; including site layouts, stormwater management, water/sewer design, and erosion control.-Assisted Project Managers in creating technical & bid specifications, reviewing of shop drawing submittals from contractors, and developing close-out documents.-Working on a variety of Water/Wastewater projects through the Asset & Inventory Analysis Grant funded by the NC Division of Water Infrastructure (DWI).-Daily usage of AutoCAD Civil 3D. Usage of Bentley WaterCAD and Hydraflow Extensions in Civil 3D.

-Worked closely with project managers in assisting with site civil construction documents for commercial and industrial projects. -Heavily involved in many aspects of site design; including preliminary site layouts, zoning, urban stormwater management, sanitary water and sewer design, and erosion control.-Obtained valuable experiences in project management and effectively communicating the scope of each project to the respective client.

-Completed a boundary survey, contracted by Piedmont Natural Gas Co. as part of a two man field crew.-Completed a topographical survey of Carolina Place Mall in Concord, NC as part of a two man field crew.-Drafted a plot of a residential lot using AutoCAD 2008.-Obtained 40+ hours a week of experience with a Trimble Total Station.All operations during my tenure were completed successfully. Each survey was fully used in the development of each project.
