I also worked with the Computer Aided Product Selection (CAPS) group to create a way for the Sales Reps to order louver accessories stand alone through the direct order entry (DOE) process. This functionality has been adopted for other products within Greenheck because it proved to be such an effective tool. Measureable improvements include: 20-25% improvement on throughput time on customer requests, standard work procedures were implemented, 2818 hours of annual time savings were obtained. Show less

Work with data translation software to obtain and enter the line item details for sales orders. Complete change order requests for product that is currently in production. Review and correct any discrepancies on sales orders that were submitted using the Direct Order Entry (DOE) system. Process orders for several different product groups as necessary to help balance the workload.
