I have worked in the customer service industry for 10+ years; mostly in restaurants as a server, but this last year i have worked in retail. I’m currently a key-holder/department manager at Marks, where I have worked for the last year. I would describe myself as hardworking, outgoing, and detail-oriented. I work well in a team environment but also on my own and am able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. The most rewarding part about my job (past and present) is being able to help the people who come in with anything they may need so that they have an excellent experience.
