Key Duties and Responsibilities: Consolidate and analyse different sources of data, propose forecasted market values of Mercedes-Benz in the Residual Value pre-meetings, prepare and present Residual Value Steercom Presentations, prepare and arrange sign-off and administer appropriate documents (minutes, Residual Value tables) from the RV Steercom, publish Residual Value guidelines to relevant staff, prepare and administer Non Standard Residual Value quotes for Mercedes-Benz Cars and Vans. Initiate, develop and provide accurate monthly performance reports together with analysis and recommending actions for improvement. Propose and implement approved corrective actions where necessary. Track and monitor Mercedes-Benz performance versus competitors. Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Manage and drive the relevant activities to timeously meet Mercedes-Benz Ltd Residual Value and Residual Value system requirements.

This includes: Create, upload and capture of new MBC and CV, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Mitsubishi Vehicles. - Price increases,- Mileage parameters,- Residual Value updates,- Any vehicle static data or Residual Value development requirement within the point of sale system (Galaxi),- TransUnion Trade & Retail Values.Handle credit, sales, insurance and dealer queries on TransUnion Trade and Retail values, new models, price increases, Residual Values for all Daimler and Non Daimler Passenger and Commercial VehiclesParticipate and provide Residual Value input towards ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
