As the Lead Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Coordinator at the Army Reserve Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program in Fort Dix, NJ, I was the primary on-site coordinator for Yellow Ribbon Pre and Post-deployment events across 13 states in the Northeast Region for a major Army Reserve Command. I managed a significant yearly budget and worked with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to handle event contracts. I was responsible for the development and implementation of Command-wide programs and had a strong understanding of family support assistance program principles.
