Supervisor over all media blasting, thermal zinc spraying and all painting applications

• Responsible for mechanically installing various types of vehicle accessories: custom wheels & tires, lift and lowering kits, exhausts, and intakes, etc.• Disassemble and reassemble interior panels and trim.• Maintain the standard and quality of service for the store, as well as, maintain the proper function of all tools and equipment.• Deliver to the specific requirements of the customers.• Coordinate all work with co-workers and team members.• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

• Daily tasks consist of installing, repairing and maintaining electrical systems such as; light fixtures, electrical panels, outlets and wiring.• Lead quality installations based upon system design specifications and repair faulty equipment and systems.• Conduct jobsite observations by evaluating apprentice electricians' work and testing electrical systems and circuits.

• Create work orders and prepare required equipment for production to meet the daily/weekly/monthly targets.• Ensure the production fulfills the customer's specifications.• Coordinate required work among operators, inspectors, Maintenance, and 3rd party contractors.• Complete daily production follow-ups, and daily reports for production statuses.• Notify Quality inspectors for controlling the conformity of product after each production process.• Monitor the operators' performance during production, assisted the Production Supervisors per their requests, and completed accident or incident forms.• Responsible for proper care of tools and equipment for performing work in a safe manner.• Shift Change Leader.

• Analyze and prepare surfaces to be blasted and metalized.• Verify the functionality of required equipment prior to its use.• Blast and metalize metallic structures according to operational procedures.• Internal/external blowing and cleaning of sections after the blasting and metalizing process.• Perform any other tasks that were required by the Production Foreman and Supervisor.

• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.• Help equipment operator, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.• Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.• Load or unload construction materials.• Follow instructions from supervisors and assisted craft workers.• Perform site clean-up.
