As a native speaker, I continued my role as EFLT at Yaohua for a total of three consecutive one-year contracts (including the first year that I completed under the recruitment of AmesonYearChina). Serving the elementary school students for all three years, I planned and instructed classes during the normal and after-school hours.

In this education and cultural exchange program, I will be teaching English as a native speaker and hopefully learning a great deal as a first-time visitor in an influential country.

I work alongside the college's electrician and maintenance staff to keep the campus functioning at its peak. Whether checking detectors or navigating fire panels, my primary purpose is keeping the college to safety code regulation standards.

Working with a team of dedicated counselors, I provided both a safe and interactive social experience for campers between the ages of 6 and 21. Establishing personal and working relationships, I continually fostered opportunities of self-exploration and self-expression in an unbelievably dynamic setting.

As a student volunteer, I worked under the guidance of the Exercise Physiologists to make the recovery process of the facilities' residents as comfortable and effective as possible. Besides compiling and organizing department records, my duties typically consisted of escorting, communicating with, and administering personalized exercise routines of 16 different patients.
