As a business analyst at Cisco, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for complex issues in cloud product development, strategy, and customer success. With the help of data analysis, project management, and process improvement skills, I support the design, implementation, and evaluation of projects that aim to improve the quality and customer experience of our cloud platform, CX Cloud. Some of my achievements include leading a data-driven initiative to optimize the product roadmap, facilitating a user feedback session to identify pain points and opportunities, and implementing a new agile methodology to streamline the workflow and communication among stakeholders.I graduated with an MBA from the University of Michigan - Ross School of Business, where I focused on learning how to leverage business as a force for good. I participated in the Business+Impact Board Fellowship program, serving as a board member for GenesisHOPE, a non-profit organization that empowers low-income residents in Detroit through education, entrepreneurship, and community development. I also learned how technology can work to better the lives of city residents as the president of the Smart Cities Club.
