Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Leadership and teamwork from working at my local YMCA as a camp counselor. Used the 4 functions of management for daily activities while working as a team with my other counselors. Planning involved making a schedule of which activities we would do for each day for the summer beforehand. Then we would organize the activities and set them up for the day listed in the schedule. Leading was teaching and helping the children complete and be motivated to participate in each activity. Finally, controlling was seeing which activities the children liked more and sticking to those instead of doing something that did not work out well. As a host at IHOP, I have learned customer service. Picked up the skill of talking on the phone win a professional way.
