Overseeing the successful execution of MEP design, coordination and installation on one of the regions largest and most prestigious projects, and simultaneously successfully managing subcontractors and 3rd party design engineering packages.- Validation of the full system design & coordination and equipment calculations & selections as per the client specification and system requirements.- Full oversight and management of the package installation, commissioning and approval process throughout the construction delivery lifecycle.- Coordination of procurement and delivery of equipment & assets with 3rd party suppliers and external vendors. - Management of the just-in-time delivery process.- Management of secondary design packages with external subcontractors/specialists to ensure seamless integration with the project design and its various systems, - Act as the lead and provide guidance and support to the onsite delivery team responsible for the successful delivery of the various packages and the project overall.

Responsible to oversee verification of, and manage as-built changes to project design whilst maintaining that the project progress aligns and meets the project milestones.- Maintenance of system RAG reports, QA reports, Incident reports and other on-site reporting structures to maintain full visibility of the project tasks at hand and progress made.- System design and installation forecasting for deviation analysis and precautionary protocol assignment.- Rigging studies and other secondary design pertaining to installations and operations.- Capturing and managing all design change requests, as-built design changes, and RFI's.

My responsibilities were to assist the full time Engineers with their day-to-day operations. These involved calculating land excavations, evaluating QC reports, analyzing BOQ reports and assisting the junior civil engineer with observation reports and piping calculations on one of their larger projects.
