I have worked on multiple projects, multiple products ranging from Loans credit products to enabling an SME on-boarding digital platform. Continuously improving my skills and knowledge, to remain current and relevant in the design and technology space, is a key priority for me in my career currently and going forward. In late 2019, I decided to started managing my own team of consultants within my current employer. Like anybody would, I started with a team of 1, just over two years ago, which has now grown into a team of 4 people, with the prospective and motivation to grow my team further. I have a keen interest in growing people, by providing valuable feedback and guidance from a career and personal perspective.

This involved the design/delivery of IT projects in local and international banks. The journey began as a support analyst which has now progressed into multiple roles. Tyron’s experience in the banking sector, is specifically LISP(linked investment services providers) investment platforms, retail and business banking, wealth and investment management services as well as delivering projects on Amazon Web Services(AWS) and Google cloud platform(GCP) development stacks. A Bachelor of Commerce Entrepreneurship degree graduate, who has a keen eye for delivering customer centric propositions due to his UX experience, whilst leveraging technology as an enabler. As a User experience designer within the RBB design team, i have be part of multiple projects team, helping to shape and drive great UX principals across all the digital application flows and channels I have been involved with. Working in an Agile environment where iteration, improvement and redesign based on analytics data helps refine and improve all the product application flows. Always applying user-centred design methods and principals throughout the different stages of the different products from start to finished.
