Check in truck drivers and assign them to a door when their number is called. Inspect trailer before it goes to the assigned dock. Issue a government seal for loaded trailer and record information onto daily log sheet.

Prepare weekly schedule clean interior and exterior of store stock shelves. Take inventor of new and old items stock fridge. Prepare proceeds package foods. Train new employees.
