- Check and clean sumps bags and French Oil Mills for rubber buildup -Check with "B" Operator for any special needs -Help packaging area for two hours-Bale inspecting rubber If needed-Keep areas between and under the dryers clean -Keep the wet end of the dryer around O.S.C., dryer ledges, and under dryer belt clean.- Check O.S.Cs, cyclones, blower pipes and venturis for rubber buildup -Keep floors clean for loose rubber-Unplug any rubber buildup from the de-watering area(Hammer mills, venturis, blower pipes, cyclones,drum screen drain lines, sharpshooter, pybars and metal hook to remove rubber-Keep rubber buildups clean in French Oil Mills and troughs-Keep the French Oil Mills exhaust clean from any rubber-Clean dryer shelves and dryer pans daily -Clean outside sumps daily-Record amounts of rubber clean up daily in the Wet End Scrap Report- Good rubber is place in a C700 wet J container-Contaminated rubber is place in a LBC-99 wet box- Lockout and Tagout for troubleshooting the processing of the rubber or for a major cleanup for process system.

-Blending products with special liquid chemicals or solutions -Drumming 55 Gallons Drums with finished products -Inventory of Materials and Products -Lidding, banding, and labeling drums or supersacks for finished products -Loading and unloading trucks with materials and products with forklift -Operating tower by unloading sulfide chemical catalysts into bins and load fresh feed catalysts at the top into the tower after a certain amount of time of processing(Repeating this process maybe three or five times a shift). -Sampling product before, inbetween, and after processing -Troubleshooting any problems while processing catalysts - Bending, climbing, kneeing, lifting, and walking to make rounds - work 12 hour shifts in different climate conditions -PH reading knowledge -Knowledgable of mixing Sulfuric Acid and NaSH chemicals to make H2S-Forklift operator certified since 2013
