Retail Auto Relationship Manager -Manage relationships of complex highproducing accounts (51 stores, both franchise andindependent) within the assigned region(Hampton Roads Virginia)-Provide service to clients for all needsregarding growing their new car/used car portfolioand monthly/annual sales goals-Identify and recommend opportunities forimprovement and risk control development withinassigned territory-Ensure growth and development of new andexisting dealer relationships for both franchise andindependent auto dealerships-Manage auto applications regarding specificmonthly goals, loan volume and overall stability ofcredit portfolio of assigned territory (Averaged$2.9 monthly with highest goal exceeded at$4.2mil)-Initiate and monitor the process of loanapplications, dealer activation/deactivation, dealerperformance, and all accounts receivable (Funding& Collections)-Manage and monitor all risk items associatedwith all dealer relationships (Fraud, Early paymentdefault, titles, Executive complaints)-Establish and maintain relationships with alllevels of internal (multiple lines of business) andexternal customers (Dealer principal, GM, finance,sales team, and office staff) and interface with alllevels of management, both internal and externalpartners-Skills: Sales Management • Sales ProcessesCredit Analysis • Risk Assessment • Risk Management
