Most recent new projects included:MOST RECENT PROJECTS:• COVID-19 Response - Oversaw the agency’s $5m + response to COVID-19 by setting up a crisis call center providing case management, mortgage, rent, utility and financial assist, to over 1,000 families in need.• Pathways to Progress (Family Stabilization Initiative) –FY20 budget of more than $1,000,000, 12 staff, 2 locations and serving more than 125 families.• Disaster Recovery Operations – equipped with a $500,000.00 budget and 6 full time staff, oversaw the collection and distribution of more than $5m dollars to assist with the local and national natural disasters, serving over 2000 families.• Launched a Mobile Health Clinic with the purchase of a mobile health RV. Developed a business plan, oversaw the building of a garage, IT systems integration with electronic medical records, staffing, volunteers, locations, and budgeting.• Developed a first of its kind, Federation-wide Internal Resource Directory bringing together more than 65 programs, contacts, and referral mechanisms into a searchable database.

Saint Louis Counseling (Formerly Catholic Family Services)*A Catholic Charities of St. Louis Federated Agency*Program Director/Therapist March 2012 – February 2015• Oversaw program operations of the program including a staff of 10, two residential buildings, accounting for 35 dual-diagnosed residents, 20 clients attending daily living skills classes, and a $700K budget. Ensured compliance of various grant appropriations and internal audits.• Managed the program’s Safe Haven/Drop-In shelter for chronically homeless/disabled individuals. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of buildings/grounds, vendor tracking, and inventory.• Ensured accurate and timely submission of grant applications, monthly activity and financial reports to agency’s finance department, City of St. Louis, and Housing and Urban Development.Program Administrator/Therapist April 2009 – March 2012• Oversaw all administrative tasks for the program including purchasing and inventory, mailings and correspondence, record keeping, tracking and data management.
