These projects ran concurrently, so I was involved with multiple projects simultaneously.Project: Novus – Innovation InsuranceProject scope: to build a system to customise and handle commercial insurance products, provide a commercial insurance quoting system, provide a web-based application for full policy and claim administration services, and to enable users to have their role specified on the system, allowing total control by role management administrators.Project: Stride (Short Term Insurance Data Exchange) – Inn RouteProject scope: Stride is a legal initiative to ensure that all binder holders and insurance company hold the data that their brokers are administering. The scope of this project was to integrate broker clients to enable them to adhere to regulations, to map all broker data into different message types, and to compress and encrypt the data.Project: First Notification on Loss (FNOL)Project scope: Motorcare is an application that facilitates the needs of Innovation Group on a global level to administer the First Notification of Loss system across various regions including India, Australia, and the USA.Project: Aloha WebsiteProject scope: Aloha was a website based around a project involving Innovation Group relocating to a new building. The project scope was to allow total transparency and open lines of communication regarding all aspects of the move including floor plans, building progress information and photos, competitions, FAQ, and a forum where questions were asked and answered.Project: Gateway PortalProject scope: The Gateway Portal enabled call centre staff with no internet access to have an internal web application to serve as a centralised point for all manuals, documentation, assessments, training, and FAQs.
