• Oversee several satellite sites that provide various mental health services.• Coordinate and conduct intake procedures.• Initiate the development of the PCP in addition to ensuring that the authorization is submitted (ALPHA System; Provider Connect; Cardinal Innovations; Alliance).• Monitor the submission of ongoing PCPs and authorizations for each designated satellite site.• Provide supervision to Program Directors and Team Leads to include weekly conference calls for case updates.• Provide weekly oversight of completion of NCTOPPs, CFTs, SDQs, Calocus and Weekly Team Meetings for each designated satellite site.• Provide training on writing treatment lesson plans; they must be evidence based and chartable.• Within scope of areas of expertise, provide clinical oversight of treatment team members, including supervision of assessment and therapeutic treatment.• Confer with Program Directors concerning worksite problems and system of care issues.• Identify potential and existing program and operational problems. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to resolve them.• Act as a liaison between employees and management, including defining and advocating organization goals and policies to employees.• Complete all required client and agency documentations within assigned timeline.• Assist Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Human Resources with recruitment, hiring, training and orientation of new staff.• Attend and/or participate in conferences, meetings, workshops and seminars related to duties.• Maintain familiarity with State Mental Health, CABHA, CARF and local LME guidelines.• Oversee the entire operations of Day Treatment services.
