Responsible for the development of a state wide educational program for over 300 medical personnel to sustain medical educational requirements for licensure and certifications to meet credentialing mandates. While serving as the program manager, this educational program supported the educational needs for over 2,800 Soldiers a year, certifying them in necessary combat life saving skills and saved the state of Michigan over $4.8 million dollars over three years period. The program was recognized by the Adjutant General with the awarding of the TAG’s Silver Quality Cup for two years. Planned, organized and executed an out of state staff proficiency training program in which 99% of the personnel successfully graduated; commended by the Senior Executive Officer for the design and creation of an organizational web portal utilizing SharePoint that processed and maintained all internal and external informational requirements, battle situational updates, orders, situational reports and requests for information for the task force. Designed a plan to support over 80 external missions; which afforded over ten personnel the opportunity to enhance and improve their technical and tactical knowledge. Manage the task force’s movement control center that executed over 780 movements of personnel and equipment across the Iraqi theater of operations.

Applied knowledge of MACOM organizations, missions, functions in order to coordinate, perform and implement EOC tasking installations wide.
