Having successfully completed my degree, Bsc (Hons) Wildlife Conservation, at the Durrell Institute of Conservation and Ecology at the University of Kent, I began my professional career in Africa in 2009, becoming a Professional Guide and working in Zambia's wilderness areas. In 2012 I was co-founder of the newly created safari company Jeffery & McKeith Safaris. In 2016 I co-founded the non-profit conservation organisation Musekese Conservation, a dedicated law-enforcement and wildlife research program contributing to the protection of a vast tract of the Kafue National Park. Aside to this philanthropic venture at Musekese Conservation and in addition to the continual running of Jeffery & McKeith Safaris, in 2017 a new company was created by myself and business partner Phil Jeffery; Reel Nature Ltd. This company assists international film crews working in Zambia, across the country we provide logistical support and fixing services to some of the world’s top wildlife and film production companies. In 2021 Reel Nature Ltd and Jeffery and McKeith Safaris merged with 'Tusk and Mane Safaris' a familiar and complimentary safari company based in the Lower Zambezi NP, thus creating the new and overarching company Classic Zambia Safaris of today.
