•Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff•Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.•Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures•Maintain a high level store environment.•Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.•Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).•Be a leading example of professional behaviour and high performance

Key Responsibilities:• Answering calls, emails and social media direct message• Logging appointments into diary• Ensuring office equipment was always stocked (I.e printer ink, pens, paper, post it notes)• Ensuring PPE equipment and uniform were stocked for existing and new members of staff (I.e leather gloves, masks, suits, shirts, waistcoats etc)• Contacting employees in regards to work availability• Outbound and inbound calls to and from partner companies who are in need of staff at short notice.
