There are 3 basic steps to what I do for my current employer and people I work with.1) I source the best teachers within the Nottinghamshire area. That could be via searching through CV's or someone replying to a position I have advertised.2) I register those teachers that I have thoroughly interview over the phone and face to face in the office. Also obtaining the right information required to get them cleared for work in my schools. 2) finally I place the teachers into my schools wherever they are required. Even if that's for day to day supply or long term cover, eventually leading into permanent work.
