I specialise in movement building, activism & community organising with 10 years experience working with NGO's and 8 years experience in political organising and campaigning.I am a committed community activist and have been involed in, and won, multiple local campaigns around social justice issues, primarily in Hackney.I have spoken at many large scale events on the topics of climate justice and race and have featured in multiple panel debates and discussions. I have also contributed to numerous articles and other publications on those topics. I have had an essay published in the book 'The Intersectional Environmentalist' by Leah Thomas and featured in the book 'We Have A Dream' by Mya-Rose Craig.I have ran in multiple local election campaigns, recently reducing a 500 vote deficit to just 27 votes within a 6 week period, following a local by-election. I also stood to be Deputy Leader of the Green Party of England & Wales in 2022, placing 2nd and picking up 42% of the vote in the final round. I am committed to securing climate justice and ensuring this justice incorporates all the intersectional social justice issues which have been fuelled by an unequal and rigged system.
