• Provide subject matter expertise on OpenText Content Server Administration • Provide customer support• Define and develop information taxonomy and workflow using OpenText Content Server• Interface with government leadership and other stakeholders to collaborate on content management initiative• Develop requirements specification, test plans and technical documentation• Conduct training classes for end users• Plan and develop training schedule• Leverage Content Server to manage training curriculum, exams, surveys, users’ information and other relevant documentation• Collaborate with Project Manager for status reporting and to address training related issues• Capture and report on content, training, and related metrics• Provide application administration and system administration support for CDMS platform• Gather Customer Requirements for applications to eliminate inefficiencies in their current business processes• Leverage Content Server to develop applications to meet customer requirements
