As a telecommunications professional with two decades of experience, I have been involved in various Field Engineering and Operations roles across New York and New Jersey. Throughout my career, I've contributed to several projects, including the launch and integration of 3G, LTE/4G, and 5G networks. As a senior member of the NY Field Operations/Engineering team, we've successfully activated over 2,600 LTE sites using L600 and L700 technologies. My expertise encompasses small cell, macro, and micro cell site integration and installation. I've led the NY Metro microwave integration and installation, DAS integration, and troubleshooting. Additionally, I've acted as a Sales and Engineering Liaison for local markets, facilitating communication between sales and engineering teams to enhance understanding of network mobilization and sales strategies. Additionally, I have worked in various project management roles, technical teaching roles for equipment rollouts and mentorship initiatives.Currently involved in Six Sigma Lean projects that involve technical management and cost saving initiatives.
