Seconded during a restructure, I worked with the with the executive team to develop and optimise safety outcomes in gas, electrical and renewable markets, building risk and team profiles for the new business. My focus was on leading transformational change across four new markets, mapping out processes for new divisions to align with risk profiles of each new business area. As a senior leader briefed with developing and embedding a risk-based approach to HSE, I transformed Jemena’s safety culture from an activity to risk-based approach. Wonderkop Shaft Complex – Full project management EIA and EMPR for a proposed new shaft complex on the farm Wonderkop 400JQ – Lonmin Platinum Western Platinum Mine. Shaft complex received all necessary environmental approvals and proceeded.Impala Platinum SEMP development- Development of several SEMP’s for Impala Platinum for the purposes of prospecting – Impala Platinum. All prospecting licenses were obtained.
