-Build, patch and maintain Linux based ESX Hosts to support a Virtual Infrastructure of servers, desktops, and storage to support public and private cloud computing for small\medium sized businesses.-Build and Manage Virtual Desktop Machines utilizing VMWare View and Citrix Zen-Desktop software applications.-Support a Tier 2/3 Help Desk to assist customers.

• Lead a team of installers in mass deployment in over 50 Tax Collectors offices across the state of Florida.
• Duties included the setup and configuration of Hewlett Packard servers, switches, routers, and workstations.
• Configuration of BIOS and Network settings on PC’s along with additional hardware installation as needed.
• Perform imaging of workstations using Norton Ghosting.
• Setup end users into workgroups and domains.

• Troubleshoot, research, diagnose, document and resolve technical issues surrounding Windows NT/2000/XP, MS Outlook, Oracle, VPN, Active Directory, Remedy and other proprietary software.
• Provide remote desktop support using VNC to help troubleshoot issues and provide first contact resolution.
• Perform minor Active Directory administration such as password resets and user account creations.
