Manage supplier accounts and administer Payments, Investigate all unmatched invoices and credit notes received from Data Capturing dept, Prepare credit/ debit adjustments, Identify suppliers not due for payment and any adjustments, Perform monthly supplier reconciliations and , Follow-up all queries, Resolve quantity and cost price differences between GRN and Invoice, Escalate issues and communicate to the Manager any non-adherence to procedures and controls and Check remittances. Work closely with buyers, management and accountants to resolve supplier disputes and bottlenecks. Maintain good relationships with our suppliers/ customers. Work closely within a team to help resolve queries and issues. Provide ageing of supplier accounts.
