About Tyrone Havnar
Tyrone Havnar, born in Harare, Zimbabwe, and raised in Selous, is a dedicated social activist and community leader. With a background in rural organic farming, Tyrone's commitment to social change is evident through his founding of I Reach Out My Hand Africa in 2005 later going full throttle in 2009, the organization focuses on improving the lives of impoverished children and empowering women in Zimbabwe's Selous rural district and other African nations. He earned a diploma in Humanitarian Work in 2021 after 13 years of grassroots work and studied social change and entrepreneurship skills in India.Tyrone took a bold step and ran as an independent candidate for Member of Zimbabwean Parliament in 2018 Elections.Passionate about youth empowerment, he established the Tyrone Havnar Foundation (2018) which hosts a Transformative Leadership Fellowship. He is also engaged in climate change activism with Nature's Guardians. As he continues to seek mentorship and further his education in constitutional law, Tyrone remains focused on fostering unity, sustainable development, and transformative governance in Zimbabwe and beyond.
