Mr. Jordan is a senior advisory council member of the AEA Investors. Currently, he serves on the public board of directors of Oshkosh Corporation, Axalta Coating Systems, Ltd., FuelCell Energy, and TPI Composites, Inc., where he is a member of the Audit, Nom & Gov, Human Resources (compensation), and Technology committees, and private equity board of directors for AEA Investors/Ascential Technologies. Mr. Jordan also served on the public board of directors of Cooper Tire & Rubber Company until Cooper's acquisition by Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Burke Porter Group, Dura Automotive Systems, and Trinity Industries, Inc. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), Columbia University - Global Governance Program, Carnegie Mellon AI & Cyber Security Program, and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) Board Advisory Network. In 2019, he retired as the President and Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of DURA Automotive Systems, a tier-one supplier of mechatronic control systems for hybrid/electric vehicle systems, Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS), and luxury electronic trim systems for premier automotive brands. Under his leadership, DURA instituted new electric vehicle/hybrid intelligent technologies and an operational excellence transformation strategy to ensure the efficiency and flexibility needed to thrive during the next technological period of mobility evolution. Mr. Jordan joined DURA in 2015, following an accomplished 30-year career that included senior executive roles at General Motors Corporation (GM) and United Technologies Corporation (UTC). While at GM, which included international assignments in Brazil, China, and Mexico, Mr. Jordan held various senior leadership positions in operations, business development, engineering, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and innovation technology product development. He ultimately served as GM's Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Customer Experience. Mr. Jordan also served UTC in prominent roles, including Global Senior Vice President, Operations and Supply Chain, Strategy, and United Technologies Aerospace Systems - Managing Director and operations.Mr. Jordan received his Executive Aerospace & Defense Master of Business Administration (ADMBA) in Strategy & Finance with the Highest Distinction from the Haslam Business School at the University of Tennessee, a B.S. in Pre-law from Eastern Michigan University (EMU) with honors, and a BASc in Industrial Engineering Technology from Purdue University with the distinction of Summa Cum Laude.
