Functional areas include construction, engineering, finance, accounting, sales, human resources, manufacturing and procurement.• Manage end-to-end execution of construction projects including budget, procurement, project scheduling and personnel.• Developed, implemented and managed manufacturing and distribution processes for building components.• Create and drive organization strategy and performance against scorecard annually.• Assist sales team in developing customer relationships for current and future sales.• Developed custom web based applications to improve internal processes including expense and budget capture/reporting, purchase orders, daily construction logs, project bidding applications, etc.• Deliver quarterly reports to the ownership group, reviewing KPIs against scorecard and opportunities for improvement.

• Responsible for managing a program to launch an all new electronics kitting division capable of shipping > 400K units per month. This included site acquisition, facility planning and layout, IT, packaging equipment (RF sealers, printers, conveyor systems, etc.), warehouse racking, material handling equipment, etc.• Project lead for full transition to SAP from alternate "ERP Like" applications. Transition included requirements definition, customization activities, data importing, UAT and launch.• Manage systems engineering team responsible for developing applications for EDI transmission, inventory management, product scanning and labeling, shipping and receiving.• Prioritize and schedule all IT projects required to sustain and improve the operation.• Technical point of contact interfacing directly with customers for requirements gathering (domestic and international).• Business Process development for receipt and storage of customer/manufacturer device data.• Electronic devices packaged and shipped on behalf of customers including Netgear, ZTE, AT&T, Boost Mobile, and Sprint.

• Develop worldwide business processes and rules around the central Motorola repository for global handset serialization.• Initiate strategic projects across global teams, some of which realized $500K in scrap savings.• Prioritize projects undertaken by development team for the related applications/databases (5-10 major projects, 10-15 small maintenance projects annually). Also secured funding for external resources when necessary.• Work with New Product Introduction Team to understand the device roadmap and its impact on the global serialization process. (>75 new handsets and mobile devices introduced since 2007)• Developed the process to audit shipping device info since mid 2008. Audit has prevented warranty and replacement cost of at least $2 million dollars to date.• Work with the Handset Business Teams and IT to determine necessary program requirements.• Procure critical handset serial info from industry bodies CTIA, BABT and TIA to be distributed by product within Motorola.

• Managed the team responsible for developing web based applications and reports required to run the Distribution Center. Some of my team’s applications allowed Motorola to rework over 3 million RAZR handsets, which would have been scrapped otherwise.• Primary customer interface, gathering requirements and design for new applications.• Code Review and troubleshoot for new and existing applications.• 24 hr on call systems support.• Weekly Metrics packages compiled for delivery to senior Motorola Management. Examples of reports include Real Time Shipping dock snapshot, Kanban Visual Order Flow, Supplier Owned Inventory Consumption, Weekly Ship Plan, etc.• Developed Off Site kitting capability with 3 external partners, allowing Motorola to increase distribution capacity by 1.5X.• Led the development of the primary order management tool used for all orders processed through the Distribution Center.

• Responsible for improving processes primarily related to Cellular kitting.• Improved UPH roughly 20% – 30%, while implementing new quality control processes to address customer issues.• Modify Cellular Phone kitting process to accommodate new products.• Work with packaging organization to develop and test new kitting materials in production before ramp up.• Take ownership of all systems related activities required for the kitting process, including packline systems configuration, PLC programming, etc.• Developed process for handling/disposition of defective material at the point of kitting.• Responsible for developing new processes around “Hardware Postponed” products.• Conducted Measurement Systems Analyses for new material counting scales. • Participated in the development and construction of the Auto Pack Lines, used to kit retail boxes for cellular products.• Key team member in the Distribution Center relocation to Fort Worth, TX. Responsible for moving, tracking and setting up equipment and processes within the postponement and cellular kitting areas.

• Responsible for grading tests, quizzes and projects for IT 390 (Engineering Cost Estimating) and IT475 (Quality Control).• Lead some classroom instruction, maintained office hours for individual instruction and organized study groups.
