The job of the Room Ambassador is to enter patients' rooms and take their meal order. They then must go retrieve the meal trays and deliver them to the patients' rooms. Room Ambassadors are also in charge of cleaning up any old food trays in patient rooms, cleaning the silverware and dishes, and restock the "lunchboxes", drinks, snacks, and other things to kitchens found within the different units within the hospital - Enhanced patient experience by providing food and care to patients, resulting in a 99% satisfactory rating- Served as a point of contact between the patients and the nurses, helping to communicate their immediate needs
