Plan, organize, and direct the Network Operations Team of 50+ contractors monitoring and managing the health, performance, and security of an enterprise network with primary and hot standby (or failover) datacenters. • Designed and developed an infrastructure strategy and planned milestones through to execution while supporting over 210K users at 700+ facilities globally.
