Worked with a team of researchers to run multiple studies primarily focusing on individual differences in strategy selection and problem solving Understanding academic literature and the interworking's of the lab's current studies and areas of interests Worked under Dr. Jarrod Moss along with graduate assistant Xinyu Xie to formulate an independent study for individual differences in strategy selection that uses cognitive tasks to examine individual differences in order to generalize findings that identify an affect in the use of strategies amongst students Piloted studies for various members of the research team, and gave feedback on how to improve the experimental tasks Developed skills in a number of programming languages including python, R, Pandas while consistently improving and learning more skills within the computer programming components Developed skills and insight in lab equipment such as fMRI and eye tracking and had firsthand experience understanding how they were used in a lab environment
