As Sr. Manager of Field Operations for Abbott Products (formerly Solvay Pharmaceuticals), I led a team responsible for acting as the primary communication point between field-based personnel and headquarters based operations. The team played a key cross-functional role in defining and managing processes and solutions that touched such areas as: customer information maintenance, call plan enhancement, territory alignments, field reporting, customer relationship management/sales force automation, practitioner sampling, field inquiries, field training, meetings and product launch planning, conventions planning and support, and state spend reporting. During my tenure, I had the opportunity to play a key contributing role in the design, implementation, and management of numerous innovative business processes, programs, and solutions that enhanced sales force effectiveness and provided the company a distinct competitive advantage.

Represented Solvay’s GI franchise promoting Creon and Rowasa, in three New York City boroughs (Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island). Developed relationships and provided service to key customers and accounts specific to the therapeutic area.
