Mr. Sagalow is the Co-Founder and Chief Insurance Officer of Assurely, an insurtech MGA and broker providing embedded insurance as a service as well as Founder & CEO of Innovation Insurance Group, LLC.(IIG). Founded in 2012, IIG is a premier insurance consulting firm providing expert witness, product development and InsurTech Consulting. Mr. Sagalow is a 38 year insurance veteran with prior senior roles at AIG (25 yrs) as Chief Underwriting Officer, Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Chief Innovation Officer of various divisions. In the InsurTech sector, in addition to being a founding member of Lemonade, Mr. Sagalow is the Co-Founder and Chief Insurance Officer of Assurely, an InsurTech MGA/Broker, a Partner in Profound Specialty and an Senior Advisor in several Insurtechs including Evertas. He is on the Board of Advisors for Metabiota and Board Member of Relm Insurance.In product development, Mr. Sagalow's is credited with being instrumental in the creation of number new insurance products during his career including cyber insurance and the modern form of D&O insurance.Mr. Sagalow is an expert in many types of insurance including D&O/E&O insurance and cyber insurance .
