In 2010, with excellent performance, I ended my internship early and was promoted to assistant to the chief designer. During this period, I needed to help the chief designer share a lot of work, including:Drawings and Design: Assist designers in drawing design sketches and technical diagrams to ensure that all design concepts are clearly expressed.Material preparation: Assist in preparing and organizing mood boards, color palettes, and design inspiration materials to provide creative support for designers.Sample clothing follow-up: Participate in every stage of sample clothing production, communicate with the sample clothing factory, ensure that the sample clothing meets the designer's requirements and is delivered on time.Preparation work: Assist designers in preparing for fashion shows, including model selection, fitting arrangements, and venue setup.On site support: Assist in backend management during fashion shows or other display events to ensure the best display effect for each piece of clothing.Trend research: Assist designers in conducting market research, analyzing current trends, and organizing relevant materials for designers' reference.Competitor analysis: Pay attention to competitors' designs and market trends, and help designers develop design strategies.Document Management: Responsible for organizing and updating design files, specifications, orders, and other related documents.Schedule: Assist in arranging the designer's daily schedule, including meetings, client meetings, and travel plans.Communication and coordination: Communicate the requirements and opinions of designers between the design team, production team, and other departments to ensure smooth communication among all parties.
