Secured RM8.16k sales won for AIESEC in Johor Bharu's student chapter.- Provided third-person perspectives, especially from the view of a financial sponsor, for the project management team to fill in thinking gaps, ensuring the quality of projects. - Provided introductory B2B Sales training to Youth Community Project members of Partnership Development- Create customised digital marketing material such as posters and copywriting captions according to partner's requests.- Assisted the volunteering project team in collecting food waste from about 40 residents in the Tanah Sutera community at Johor Bharu; collected 60kg of food waste together with another team of 15 comprising volunteers, project team members and partner employees.

Although I was volunteering as a Organising Committee of Technicalities, I also contributed to the project in terms of facilitating the experience of Malaysian Youth Volunteers (MYVs) in the Southern Youth Leadership Conference (SYLC) 12.0.-Provide one-to-one sessions with 3 out of 12 MYVs to assess their performance throughout their volunteering journey- Keeping track of personal goal progress of MYVs- Facilitated two webinars throughout the project realisation period of 1 month- Attended meetings with industrial professionals who are potential learning partners for the projects- Built friendly relationships with volunteers; Helped a MYV to achieve an evaluation score of 97% and become best performing MYV of the project- Provided improved copywriting for one of the key activities of the project; Increased the number of participants from an average of 25 to 40 participants, equivalent to an 60% increment in attraction.
