Current✅ Instructs and mentors students using district and supplemental curriculum with a focus on accommodating individualized needs and enhancing engagement.✅ Ensures learning styles and abilities are addressed to capture and unlock next steps for growth and development.✅ Evaluates performance through assessments, maintaining accurate records and interpreting testing data to create reports for the state of Idaho. ✅ Maintains accurate and detailed time-sensitive records, focusing on shaping a learning environment and culture with accountability practices and recognizing work produced with effort and integrity. ✅ Utilizes classroom technology to enhance student learning experiences and motivate students to better understand educational content.Accomplishments📣 Serves currently as the 4th Grade Math representative, Learner Disposition team member, and Sunshine Club chairperson.📣 Nominated as Teacher of the Year in 2021 and 2023.📣 Participated on the Leadership Team and contributed to the Behavior Response to Intervention Team.
