At this job I learned how to think on my feet, and always come to a compromise on issues as with short deadlines and high demand in my department. Through that I also had to learn to be level headed and always keep aware of protocols on every job. This allowed me to understand and develop time management skills as you always had to keep to your schedule and set goals.

At White Tail Golf Course as a green's keeper I maintained the course, and attended to any problems that would arise involving machinery or the course it's self. This job taught me how to keep a constant schedule of daily duties, and being able to be a leader and make sure that my team and I were always ahead instead of falling behind. This also allowed me to learn the importance of putting your all in and gaining satisfaction from it.
