Served as a member of a county school board, as a local education hearing examiner, and as a Master in Chancery for Juvenile and Domestic Relations causes. Has counseled local school boards for 30+ years.Has represented employers and employees in labor and employment disputes, assisting clients with federal and state claims for more than 25 years. Served on the staff of the Anne Arundel County Office of Planning and Zoning as well as the Zoning Hearing Office. 15 years as the attorney for the County Board of Appeals.Lectures widely on legal issues locally, regionally, and nationally. Vast disabilities law experience and litigation for state, federal, and appellate courts.
