Current• Short-list resumes by evaluating the candidate’s communication skills, presentation and technical skills based on the client’s requirement.•Involved in Full life Cycle of Sales and Marketing•Marketing top notch Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various jobboards on C2C,C2H basis.•Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp, 1099 & W2. • Creating Virtual Bench (Hot Lists) and marketing those candidates.•Broadcasting the consultants profile to Vendors on regular basis.• Conducting Internet search using job boards like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Tech Fetch and Google Groups.•Identifying the requirements from Top vendors to place Consultants in quick turnaround time in contract.• Discussing the requirement with the Consultants Screening and formatting resumes for presentation of the candidates to the clients• Submitting the consultant profile to matched requirement with matched skilled consultants.•Scheduling onsite / phone interviews between candidate and client.•Maintaining friendly rapport with the consultants and making them aware of submissions, vendor/Implementation partner’s calls and client interviews.• Coordinated the process till the candidate joins the client organization.• Make decisions regarding hiring, placement and discipline of talent.• Negotiate and extend offers and draw up contracts• Perform reference checks, initiate background check process and another induction process• Sourcing of consultants through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Hiring Solved, Google. Manage Job posting on job boards• Perform Counselling to the consultants clearly about the company and the interview process.• Maintained a strong internal database also has experience with Resume Database.• Placed high-end technical professionals in the area of the Information Technology Industry in the contract and full-time positions.• Maintained strong working relationships with candidate’s vendors and clientsCapable of training new recruiters
