Manages medium-large scale projects impacting correspondence operations, procedures, processes, workflow, applications and business requirements. Applies business and technical knowledge in determining end-to-end design requirements for projects involving various lines of business. Works closely with business partners, project managers and external vendors to determine requirements and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure. Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of applications/enhancements, often using new technologies. Works closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans/scripts serve customer needs. Perform tests and work on remediation of issues. Expected to support and assist projects that encompass and impact many associates. Frequently updates project plans and communicates changes to management. Provide end-to-end correspondence support to business partners and various organizations throughout the Bank. Analyzes assembled data to define and identify complex problems. Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of multifaceted problems related to process and design. Open and track service requests for break/fixes, defects and correspondence issues. Monitor production systems throughout the day for print/fax job errors. Perform as centralized liaison for all production and lower level environment issues.
