Worked on a small regenerative farm, gaining hands-on training in organic vegetable growing, CSA and market sales models, and local, seasonal, farm-to-table cooking.

Trained and managed a team of seven staff and developed programming for 20+ high school students. Responsible for planning of all day-to-day camp operations. Planned and led backpacking and paddling trips, responsible for 20+ students and 5+ staff in a backcountry setting.

Lived with and managed 10+ internship students. Responsible for day-to-day operations of internship house, resolving conflicts, helping individuals engage with one another in a healthy and positive manner. Led discussions, taught classes, acted as a mentor for students.
