Studied the effects of quinpirole on yawning behavior in rats to assess underlying brain physiology. Precisely weighed rat subjects, performed intraperitoneal injections of quinpirole and vehicle, acquired rectal temperatures, rationed food, ran subject sessions, (consisting of a thirty-minute acclimation period, followed by five IP injections, and five observation periods). Performed data entry using EXCEL.
