I have more than 11 years of experience in the transportation industry, starting as a Lead Technician in 2012 and advancing to a Supervisor role in 2020.I am passionate about ensuring the safety, efficiency, and quality of our services, and I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of technicians, drivers, and managers. I have a strong background in advanced technology and high performance, having earned an Associate's degree from the Automotive Training Center in 2008. I also have excellent problem solving, communication, and supervisory skills, which enable me to handle complex challenges, coordinate operations, and mentor staff.
