Start-Up, Shutdown, reduce and increase production rates on liquefaction trains according to upstream plant requirements using DCS system and Standard Operating Procedures. - Monitor and control liquefaction trains using the DCS system to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability while ensuring product specifications are met.- Collaborate with equipment vendors and process engineers to optimize the MR system to safely maximize LNG production. - Assist with pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup and initial operation of the modular BHGE liquefaction trains and support systems. - Assist in the development and improvement of the standard operating procedures used throughout the plant for start-up, shutdown, de-inventory, O2 freeing, N2 purging, dry-out, and reinventory of equipment.- Identify and troubleshoot process problems and deviations from normal operation. - Provide support in problem solving activities during the shift and ensure reliability issues are identified and properly communicated to shift supervisor.
