Facility Project Manager- (Current title)• Currently directing 15 employees.• Manage General and Sub-Contractors for numerous building projects including new warehouse and two story office additions. Oversee new machinery installs and start-ups, such as lasers, 600 ton stamper press, roll former, automated punch/ break lines and foam injection equipment.• Constructed a new paint booth with infrared oven.• Work with engineering to install and move production lines including track, air lines, pullers and various process equipment.Manufacturing/Project Engineer-• Provided product engineering, technical assistance and trouble shooting for HVAC unit assembly lines and related manufacturing processes.• Management of field service and repair projects of HVAC equipment. (Including field modification and repairs of the companies first evaporative condensed units.)• Capital expense projects for various sheet metal, tube bending, Foam Insulation, tooling and other process equipment. • Presented assembly improvements, testing and specification of components. (Improved cabinet air leakage from 7% to under 3% with labor savings)• Foam Insulation process engineer for all product lines.Production Line Engineer-• Overview order and Bill of Material signoff.• Make BOM changes and initiate design changes.• Writing shop floor instructions.• Identify quick solutions to production problems.
