As the shift manager I am in charge of ordering tobacco, snacks, and other items you would find in a liquor store like juices for mixing and bottle openers. On top of that, while I am on duty I handle any customer questions, complaints, requests, and orders. I also assist the liquor clerks with any problems they may have at the till. I work primarily in the evenings which makes me the only manager on duty for most of my shift. I am normally in charge of anyware from 1 to 4 people on any given day. I started as a part time Liquor clerk and got promoted about 3 months in.

When I was a freshman in college looking for a summer job I was able to get in contact with the owner of Memory Fireworks. Since then, every 4th of July and New Years season I have been in charge of stores in Mandan, Bismarck and, and Stanley, ND. While working here my jobs include, keeping the store stocked and clean, selling merchandise, and running the tills and, managing anywhere from 1 to 3 emoyees.
