I was able to successfully automate most of our pricing, freight, and was working on our contracting module in our ERP system. I also worked on developing a hedging and derivatives module with our ERP provider to work with pricing, contracts, and Hill Petroleum’s market positions. I changed the internal financial processes that enabled Hill Petroleum to become compliant with all banking covenants and secured better interest rates on our RLOC and other loan accounts. I was able to significantly reduce corporate debt and increase collections bringing our aged accounts receivable under control. I established additional lines of credit with new suppliers and increased existing credit lines with existing suppliers. The resulting profitability enabled me to negotiate better pricing for products and services with our suppliers. I maintained oversight, in cooperation with Operations and Sales, of all RFP's, bids and contracts to ensure pricing and terms are advantageous and maintained profitability for Hill Petroleum.
